’25 crore applicants got help from RTPS Act’, CM Nitish gave these special instructions to the officers

Chief minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar It has directed to bring the public services of all the departments on a single platform, so that people can get more facilities. He has also directed the officers to ensure regular monitoring of the implementation of Bihar Right to Public Service (RTPS) Act and Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal (RTPGR) Act. Along with this, emphasis has also been given on the promotion of this law.

‘Bring public services of all departments on one platform’
The Chief Minister on Saturday reviewed

the implementation of the Bihar Right to Public Services Act and the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act. During this many instructions were given to the officers. In the meeting, the Chief Minister said that under the Bihar Right to Public Services Act, centers have been set up at the district, sub-division and block levels for services to the people. Earlier it used to take a lot of time to get the certificate, after this law people are being provided services within a certain time.

Chief Minister said – RTPGR Act started on 5th June 2016
The Chief Minister also informed that so far more than 25 crore people have applied for services in the state through this law. He asked the officers to bring the public services of all the departments on a single platform, so that people can get more convenience. The Chief Minister said that the Bihar Public Grievance Redressal Act was launched on 5th June 2016. This law was brought to address the grievances of the people.

What will be the benefit of these act, CM Nitish told
Nitish said property and land disputes are the cause of more than 60 per cent crime in the state. Under the Public Grievance Redressal Act, many topics such as land related problems, electricity bills, maintenance of roads, bridges have been included. Now people can register their complaint under this law if the road-bridge is not maintained properly, due to which its maintenance will be done and action will also be taken against the responsible officials.

Instructions given for regular monitoring of implementation of laws
The Chief Minister directed the officers to regularly monitor the implementation of the law in all the districts, so that it could be improved. Complaints should be resolved within the stipulated time, make sure to dispose the appeal on time Along with other publicity media, give maximum information to the people regarding this law through Lok Chaupal, so that people can take advantage of it.

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Saturday asked the General Administration Department (GAD) officials to ensure regular monitoring of the implementation of Bihar Right to Public Service (RTPS) Act and Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal (RTPGR) Act in all 38 districts. So that it can be rectified in time.
