Only after 13 days of marriage, a case of bride absconding with cash and jewelery from home has come to light. The newlyweds carried out this incident with the help of two alleged women who had reached her in-laws’ house. In this case, an FIR has been lodged by the victim’s husband in the Bagen Gola police station. The police are searching for the two women who fled along with the bride.
The wedding took place on 23 June
Mithilesh Chaudhary, son of Ramvachan Chaudhary, resident of Ekarashi village of Bagen Gola police station, was married on June 22 at Baba Brahmeshwarnath temple here with Choti Kumari, daughter of Naresh Chaudhary, resident of Kaura village of Jagdishpur police station in Bhojpur district. The role of mediator in this marriage was played by a woman resident of Raghunathpur village, identified with the boy. After the marriage, the newly wed bride went to her in-laws’ house, Ekrashi. Till now everything was going well. But in the meantime, on July 6, the alleged bride’s sister-in-law and aunt reached Bagen. On receiving information about the arrival of the wife’s relatives, the husband himself received the two women in Bagan and took them to his village.
In the night, both of them received a lot of hospitality at home. Meanwhile, when all the family members slept in the night, both the alleged women, along with the newly wedded bride, fled away with gold and silver jewelery kept in the house along with 10 thousand cash. In the morning when other family members including husband came to know about the incident, their senses were blown away. After this he realized that the new bride turned out to be a robber. After this, an FIR has been lodged in this case by the cheating husband Mithilesh Kumar Chaudhary. The police is investigating the matter. Nothing has been found so far of the two women who fled with the new bride with cash and jewelery from the house.
