judges at the Ashoka Hotel in Delhi.

Taking suo motu cognizance of the matter, the court said- “We cannot even imagine that as an institution we would like to find a better solution. The Delhi High Court ordered the Delhi government to immediately withdraw its decision to provide 100 rooms for the judges and their families in the Ashoka Hotel. ” The Delhi High Court said that we had only said that if a judicial officer or a judge or his family is infected with corona, which should get him a place in the hospital. Our concern was with the judicial officers who handle the courts. We have already lost two officers.

Scolding the Delhi government, the court said that why did you create such a dispute, it seems as if we had demanded special facility. The Delhi government, however, said that there was no malice behind it. The media made such an assumption. The Delhi government also informed the court that many hotels in the city have been converted into Covid Care facility and have been linked to different hospitals.

Oxygen companies should not act like vultures
