These workers have not been paid salaries by the company for the last 4 months. A video of these laborers is now going viral on social media in which they are seen pleading with folded hands. After the video went viral, the Behror police inspected the company.

Regarding this viral video, the company management says that the contractor has run out of Rs 1.5 lakh in advance. The company is paying the contractor. On the other hand, the Behror police called the company management and the workers to the police station and got them to hold talks and directed the company management to get the dues paid to the workers. An agreement has been made by the management to get the payment done in 3 days and make them free to go home.

This whole matter is of Jaidur Industries Private Limited Company located in Behrod Industrial Area. Here laborers from Jharkhand, Bihar and adjoining states were recruited through a contractor from Gujarat. More than a dozen laborers had reached here four months ago to do wages. He had been working in the company for more than four months but he was not paid. All a dozen laborers were kept inside the company as bonded laborers. At the same time, the contractor Nathubhai Patel had left the company on June 19 and fled. In such a situation, the company refused to pay him salary.
