PSL world’s top T20 league
Andre Russell has described the Pakistan Super League as one of the top T20 leagues in the world. This dashing all-rounder, who plays for Kolkata Knight Riders in IPL, said, ‘I play in every T20 tournament in the world including IPL, Big Bash League, Bangladesh Premier League, but the level of PSL is the highest.’ Russell gave reasons for this as well. According to Andre, ‘Pakistan Super League has bowlers of high quality, which make this T20 competition tougher than others.’ Along with this, he also talked about the impact on mental health due to the bio bubble.
The impact of the bio bubble on mental health
Russell told Geo News from Abu Dhabi, ‘I think it is affecting me. I can’t say about any other player or coach or anyone else, but it has definitely affected my mental health, moving from one biologically safe environment to another, being locked in a room, you can’t go out ‘You can’t go to any other place, you can’t meet people, it’s completely different.’
PSL starts from 9th June
