High court angry with Corona management in Bihar
Amid the growing influence of Corona in Bihar, the state government informed about the lockdown in the state during the hearing in Patna High Court on Tuesday. On behalf of the government, a bench of Justice CS Singh was told that it has been decided to impose lockdown in the state from 5 to 15 May. However, during this time, the court expressed deep displeasure over the state government’s failure to deal with Corona.
‘Health care should be handed over to army’
Patna High Court said that it is a shame not to improve the situation even after repeated orders. The court remarked that in this situation the health service of the state should be handed over to the army. Having said this, the court postponed the hearing till 6 May. Now the matter will be heard two days later i.e. on May 6. Talking to the media in this regard, Advocate General Lalit Kishore said that ‘nothing has been said in writing yet. But I have definitely said that from our understanding you are failing, so why not hand over the responsibility of managing the Covid of Bihar to the army? ‘
Hearing on Corona case will be held again on Thursday
