Questions are arising that what could be the reason for this meeting of Jitan Ram Manjhi and Mukesh Sahni? Can there be any political developments in Bihar in the coming days? The discussion started because the two leaders did not issue any statement after the meeting. However, President of Hindustani Awam Morcha Jeetanram Manjhi did a tweet on the issue and explained what was discussed in the meeting.
Manjhi made this tweet regarding the meeting
Manjhi wrote in the tweet, ‘There was a discussion with Sun and Mallah Mukesh Sahni, Minister of Animal and Fisheries Resources Department, Government of Bihar, on the issue of extending the tenure of the Panchayat representatives at their residence in Patna. In it, he said that the possibility of panchayat elections in Bihar is less because of the Corona crisis. In such a situation, it was considered to extend the tenure of the Panchayat representatives. Earlier, Manjhi himself tweeted and appealed to CM Nitish Kumar to extend the tenure of the panchayat representatives by 6 months.
HAM chief praised CM Nitish on this issue
The rate of corona infection in Bihar is gradually decreasing. Regarding this, former CM Manjhi has praised Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, and has also given advice. He tweeted on his official Twitter handle on Saturday, writing, ‘Thanks to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar for reducing Corona with its superior and unique work. Although lockdown is not the solution for Kovid, if the health crisis is to be dealt with rightly, then the sub-health centers of the villages will have to be organized so that future health crisis can be dealt with. Keep in mind that Manjhi has never supported the lockdown.
