Corona Crisis Rajasthan: Will Corona win this way? PPE kit family cremated without due to negligence of administration

Highlights:

  • Despite giving information, the municipal council did not get cremated under the protocol
  • The men and women of the deceased performed the last rites, worrying about their lives
  • Funeral done without PPE kit

Bundi, Arjun Arvind
Municipal bodies are working to further spread the global epidemic corona infection in the state of Rajasthan. A hallmark of this has surfaced in Bundi district of Rajasthan on Tuesday. A 54-year-old Corona-infected patient, a resident of Lanka Gate, admitted to the district hospital in Bundi district, died during treatment. What happened after that shook the

human senses. The body of the deceased was to be cremated under the Kovid-19 protocol. But the responsible city council administration did not fulfill its responsibility. Due to his negligence, the cremation of the infected body was done by women and men of the victim’s family without wearing PPE kit. Now the cremation of the infected body is expected to spread the infection to the relatives of the deceased.

Questions raised on the arrangements
It is being told that the death of a middle-aged person due to corona infection and his body were given directly to his family by medical administration not following the covid guidelines. Not only this, in this case, there has been severe inaction of the city council. The city council staff did not cremate the body despite instructions from the state government. That work also had to be done by the women of the deceased’s house. This incident which has embarrassed humanity has raised questions on the systems of medical and city council administration.

Despite being a female chairman, such an incident happened
In this case, Bundi MLA Ashok Dogra says that the municipal council administration failed to keep pace with the system and medical administration in the city. Dogra said that the heartbreaking incident that took place today in the municipal council area under the president of the woman is embarrassing to humanity. The women of the victim’s family themselves had to be cremated. BJP district spokesperson Manish Patni said that Sampat Lalgurjar, a resident of Bundi, had died due to corona. But surprisingly, the medical administration did not hand over the dead body to the municipal council team, directly to the next of kin. Whereas under the Corona Protocol, the corpse of the deceased person from the corona was to be cremated by the municipal council team. But the Municipal Council was not present there due to heavy negligence. Ambulance has also got brown Ganesha parked far away from the hospital. Another where corona infections are spreading rapidly. The same Bundi medical and municipal administration is forgetting the Kovid guide line. Here is a gross violation of the Disaster Act.

Jaipur: 4 patients died due to lack of oxygen in the hospital, nervous staff ran to see the situation

The family kept waiting for the municipal council team, tired and lost their last rites
Leader of the Opposition in the Municipal Council, Mukesh Madhwani, being angry, accused the Chairman. Madhwani said that she has been a complete failure on all fronts from Corona management. His human sympathies are completely gone. The female relatives of the corona patient had to cremate the body themselves. For a long time, the family waited for the hospital and Mukti Dham. If the people of the team formed by the Municipal Council come, cremation is done, but if no one comes, the body is cremated by the women. Madhvani has condemned this incident in strong words and has demanded action against the responsible personnel as per Kovid rules.

City Council administration presented a clarification
On the other hand, the city council administration said that in the said case, the family wanted to take the deceased to the ancestral village Ramganj Balaji, due to which the information system was disturbed. Due to which the city council could not get the information at the time. Due to this, the coordination of the city council and family members could not sit. Cremation in the village is the responsibility of the Gram Panchayat. But due to no arrangement of wood there, the family brought the deceased Sampatlal Gurjar back to Bundi. The city council team arrived late on the spot due to lack of coordination. Before this, the family had cremated the deceased.
