Questions raised at different rates of vaccine
Advocate Abhay Bhandari further said that private hospitals will get Kovishield for Rs 600 and Kovaxin for Rs 1,200. He argued that this was a clear violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution on behalf of the central government and private companies.
