Bangkok Asian Games gold medalist former bantamweight boxer Dinko Singh of India passed away on Thursday. Dinko Singh was ill for a long time. He was undergoing treatment for liver cancer since 2017.
Last year this veteran boxer got infected with the corona virus. However, 41-year-old Dinko Singh was successful in winning the battle with Kovid-19.
Dinko Singh (Dingko Singh Dies) was awarded the Arjuna Award in the year 1998. He was given the Padma Shri award in the year 2013.
