London| Roger Federer of Switzerland, who was knocked out after losing the Wimbledon tennis tournament, said about retiring that he does not know anything about it.
The 39-year-old Swiss player was beaten 6-3, 7-6(4), 6-0 by Hubert Hurkaz of Poland in the quarter-finals of Wimbledon.
When asked about retiring, Federer said, “It is a time of struggle for me. I know it is tough, but now I need to talk to the team. I will take time and go to a decision. I hope That won’t happen and I’ll keep going on target.”
When asked whether this defeat is their last match on Center Court. To this the eight-time Wimbledon champion did not give a precise answer.
“I don’t know, I need to organize. My goal is to play Wimbledon next. The initial plan was to play last year. I could play this year,” Federer said.
Federer did not say much about his future either. After Wimbledon, she has to participate in Tokyo Olympics and US Open.
