Ghaziabad Vaccine News: Special booths will be built in Ghaziabad to provide vaccine to maids, rickshaw pullers and laborers

In order to increase the speed of vaccination in Ghaziabad, now private hospitals are also being allowed this. However, hospitals will have to get the vaccine from the Centre, the state or the company that makes the vaccine. At present, 4 hospitals in the district have been approved for this. Apart from this, women special and near home vaccine centers are being built at the government level. About 1000 people will be vaccinated at these centers.

New schemes are being made continuously at the government level to vaccinate every
section of the society. Under this, instructions have now been given to make two special booths for domestic help, kiosks, rickshaw-walas, labourers, differently-abled and elderly people for vaccination. In these, women above 18 years of age will be vaccinated at the Mahila Special booth, but they will be required to take the slot. Two women special booths will be set up in the district.

Apart from this, special booths will also be set up for domestic helpers in collaboration with various RWAs. Med will be vaccinated after on-spot registration at these booths. For this, a list of meds coming in the society will be sought from the RWA and vaccination will be done on the basis of the list.

10 booths will be converted into near home
Near home vaccination booths will be set up for the elderly and the differently-abled. CMO Dr. NK Gupta informed that there will be facility of on-spot registration at Near Home booth. Elderly and handicapped will be able to get immunization done at these booths The CMO said that at present 10 booths operating in the district have been converted into near home booths.

Among these, there are 2 booths each in Loni, Muradnagar and 3 each in Bhojpur, Dasna. District Immunization Officer Dr. Neeraj Aggarwal informed that women’s special booths will be started from Monday. Of these, one booth will be made in THA and one booth will be made in the city area. Only women will be vaccinated at these booths and pre-registration will be necessary.

Vaccination even in private hospitals
At present, 4 private hospitals in the district have been given permission for vaccination. These include Manav Hospital Kavinagar, Columbia Asia Hospital, Max Hospital and Yashoda Hospital. Manav Hospital has a tie-up with Reliance Company, where the company’s employees residing in the district are being vaccinated. All classes are being vaccinated with pre-registration at Columbia Asia Hospital.

Max Hospital has started vaccination at THA’s Cambridge Hospital from Friday. It has the capacity to vaccinate 8000 people per day. CMO Dr. NK Gupta told that private hospitals can take the vaccine directly from the vaccine maker. Apart from this, the vaccine can also be taken from the central and government level. Permission was given to Yashoda Hospital and vaccination will be started there as soon as the vaccine is received.

Vaccination accelerated at workplace vaccine centers
From May 31, 6 workplace vaccine centers were started in the district. Apart from this, 2 Parents Special Centers were started from 1st June. For the first 2 days, less vaccination was being done at all the centers, but from Thursday, more vaccination is being done at all workplace centers than the target. However, less vaccination is being done at the Parents Special Centers.

Here such people are also coming here to get vaccinated after getting pre-registration, whose children are more than 12 years of age or they are not married at all. Nodal officer Dr. GP said that daily 25 to 30 people are being sent back to both the parents’ special centers due to lack of eligibility.
