Has Sanjay Jaiswal fallen alone by attacking Nitish, questions raised by BJP’s silence amid retaliation from JDU

Political mercury is also rising on this issue in the midst of increasing cases of Corona virus in Bihar. Particularly, the differences in the NDA came to the fore about the manner in which BJP state president Sanjay Jaiswal questioned Nitish Sarkar’s ‘Night Curfew’ decision in the midst of the Corona crisis. However, Sanjay Jaiswal may have tried to surround CM Nitish Kumar through Facebook post, but now his stakes seem to be reversed. This is because the BJP has kept silence on this, while the JDU is seen to be constantly
rebounding on Sanjay Jaiswal. Looking at this changed political situation, questions have started to arise whether the Bihar BJP president has fallen alone by attacking Nitish Kumar?

Nitish constantly taking big decisions amid Corona crisis

Nitish Kumar government is constantly taking necessary steps to curb the corona cases in Bihar. First the Nitish government announced a night curfew in the state. Meanwhile, on Friday, CM Nitish took a big decision and announced free treatment for all Corona patients at the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS) in Patna. He also informed about more important decisions. However, despite their efforts, Corona’s cases do not seem to be decreasing.

Politics heated up by a Facebook post by Sanjay Jaiswal

At the same time, BJP state president Sanjay Jaiswal questioned the Nitish government’s decision to impose the night curfew. He said that ‘I am unable to understand this one decision of the government that how will the spread of the Karona virus be stopped by the imposition of night curfew. If the spread of the corona virus is really to be stopped, then in any case we will have to lockdown from Friday evening to Monday morning. Sanjay Jaiswal spoke through a Facebook post. However, after this post, the JDU was severely counterattacked.

First Upendra Kushwaha commented on Sanjay Jaiswal

In response to this question asked by the BJP president, JDU leader Upendra Kushwaha first commented on his official Twitter handle on Wednesday. Kushwaha, in his gestures, exhorted Jaiswal to write, “Jaiswal ji, there is no time for political rhetoric yet.”

Lalan Singh hoists Bihar BJP president in gestures

A day later, on Thursday, JDU MP Lallan Singh, considered close to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, said that the leaders demanding a lockdown in Bihar are making such statements only to remain in the media. Without naming the BJP state president, he said that some people want to get publicity by talking unnecessarily. The Night Curfew is the initial step to rescue Corona. If the CM feels that a lockdown is needed then he will impose. Lalan Singh, who is special to Nitish Kumar, said that the CM is constantly reviewing the condition of Corona in the state. According to the situation, what is necessary, he will decide at the right time.

Sanjay Jha commented on the decision of the night curfew

Sanjay Kumar Jha, a minister from JDU quota in Bihar government and considered close to Nitish Kumar, has also responded by tweeting on the issue. He wrote in the tweet, ‘Public interest has been kept paramount in all the restrictions imposed by the Honorable CM Nitish Kumar to control the corona in Bihar. The all-party meeting and the meeting with high officials and district magistrates were held extensively for hours before the decision was taken.

In the next tweet, Sanjay Kumar Jha said that ‘Honorable CM Nitish Kumar in Bihar had taken many important decisions like creating a Containment Zone and imposing Night Curfew. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also emphasized on #containment_zone in the name of the country and has urged the states to avoid #lockdown. JDU tried to advise BJP state president somewhere through these tweets.

Will this issue arise from BJP?

In the midst of a continuous counterattack from the JDU on the comment of Sanjay Jaiswal, no major leader has yet to express his views on behalf of the BJP. In such a situation, the question arises whether BJP state president is seen falling alone in the midst of this aggressive attitude of JDU?
