In this way, breath can be removed without oxygen

Author: T.K. Arun
The Ministry of Home Affairs has issued a notification that if any local or state authority obstructs the movement of vehicles carrying Oxigen or seizing Oxigen for its use, such a step would be considered illegal. There were reports that Haryana was stopping trucks of oxygen passing through it. These trucks were carrying oxygen to Delhi and elsewhere. The Ministry of Home Affairs has done very well, but there is also a need to do something else.

Inox India manufactures about half of the medical oxygen made in the country.

He says that in this phase of the epidemic boom, India can easily build as much oxygen as is needed. The problem is in transporting the gas from one place to another. The country has 40% more production capacity than demand. But the extra oxygen that can be made, most of its plants are in eastern India. Demand is in western and other parts. Due to this, there is a big problem in delivering gas.

Import difficulties
Like most gases, oxygen is cooled before being transported. So much so that it turns into a liquid. It is then loaded into special containers. These containers are capable of withstanding high pressure and low temperatures. Such cryogenic containers are strapped. This is also the major obstacle. It is being told that the Tata group is going to import two dozen such special containers. This is a good thing, but the tightness is not going to compensate for it.

Covid infection cases are increasing and demand for oxygen is also increasing. In such a situation, the demand for oxygen cylinders will also increase rapidly in the coming days. Before the Kovid epidemic, the number of oxygen cylinders that were going to work, it is not possible to walk now. It has become necessary to increase their supply. Also, supply of valves, tubing and masks. Medical oxygen is given to patients only through them.

If the supply of cylinders increases, it will be easy to refill them by taking them to the Oxigen plant through common trucks and then transport it to the places of need. Things will get better as the number of cryogenic containers increases. Corona is in the grip of the whole world and the demand for cryogenic content may have increased everywhere. Hence, these containers will be difficult to import soon.

A similar situation is also present with oxygen cylinders. But in the case of oxygen cylinder, the ease is that the parts or parts which seem to be different in it, can be contacted by the companies making them. There is an industrial park in Coimbatore, where such metallic containers can be made in as many numbers as needed. Big companies like Bharat Forge will do this job easily. Whatever kind of valves a company like Kirloskar can easily create. There are also many units that make plastic tubes and masks.

It would be nice if the National Task Force attached to Kovid create a fund and place an order for oxygen cylinders. Instead of spending time in issuing tenders, the task of placing orders should be given to one person. The allegations of damage to the exchequer should be overruled. Government of India electronic marketplaces can be resorted to for this emergency purchase. The National Task Force can sell these purchased cylinders to hospitals through this marketplace. In this way he will get his investment money back.

There is no difficulty in the production of oxygen. Breaking water into hydrogen and oxygen with the help of electricity will also provide oxygen and clean fuel. This method is being used in many industries. The National Covid Task Force may give startups a challenge to show new ways to create oxygen and fill it in bottles. It will have its own global appeal, so the venture fund, Impact Investor and charitable organizations working globally will pay attention to it. They can invest money to complete this challenge. It is also an opportunity for budding entrepreneurs to present something that can bring relief to the world in trouble.

But the thing is that no matter how quick a startup shows, it cannot be faster than Aladdin’s genie. It will take some time to increase production of oxygen and cylinders. Meanwhile, doctors can tell more and more people about the physical activity that can help Kovid patients.

Immediate solution
Eminent nephrologist Dr. Ahmed Ausama Rifai has told what kind of physical activity is needed to take out the thickened phlegm from the lungs of the Kovid patient. For this, the patient will have to lie on his knees and elbows. Put your hands on the ground and place your forehead on it. Hips should be lifted from the ground. In this way a slope will form from the hips down to the chest. After this, taking a deep breath through the nose and pushing it through the mouth, it has to be taken out, almost coughing. If you watch the videos of Dr. Rifai, then the correct method will be understood. Apart from this, other measures can also be taken by asking the good experts of yoga.
