Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has made a big disclosure about former cricketer and current commentator Sanjay Manjrekar. Actually, World Cup 2019 Jadeja was looking towards the dressing room after scoring a half-century in the semi-finals. While fencing, he was looking for Sanjay Manjrekar, who openly questioned India’s best all-rounder.
Looking for me
In a recent interview, when asked about the celebration of his fifties, Jadeja said it was for Manjrekar. Did you know which side the commentary box was on? In response to this,
Had played a quick innings
Even though the Indian team was eliminated from the World Cup 2019 after losing to New Zealand, Ravindra Jadeja won everyone’s heart with his fiery half-century in that semi-final. The countrymen were awakened that Jaddu, along with Dhoni, would lead the team to the final. But this could not happen. His 59-ball knock of 77 runs went in vain. Earlier, with two superb catches, a tremendous run-out, he was also a wicket for 10 runs in 10 overs.
Manjrekar started controversy
Manjrekar, 55, suspected Ravindra Jadeja as an all-rounder and said that he makes small contributions to the team and Jadeja is a ‘bits and pieces’ player. Jadeja hit back at Manjrekar’s statement. He had tweeted, “I have played twice as many matches with you and I am still playing, so you respect the players and stop your bullshit.”
