We have also canceled the 12th board exam in view of the corona situation in our state. All professional and other college admissions in our state will be taken on the basis of 12th marks only. This decision has been taken keeping in mind the large number of students, teachers, parents, medical professionals.
In the letter, MK Stalin has appealed to the PM that ‘In view of the current situation, I am of the view that conducting the National Level Entrance Examination for any professional course can prove to be very harmful to the health of the students. Therefore, you are requested to cancel all the National Entrance Exams like NEET 2021. The reason behind the cancellation of class 12 board exams is applicable to these entrance exams as well. Our state should be allowed to fill the seats of all professional courses including MBBS on 12th marks.
