Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank (Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank) has informed about the cancellation of the exam to the 12th students through its official Twitter account. He tweeted that, “Keeping the safety of our students on priority, NIOS Class 12 exams are being cancelled. Evaluation of students will be done on the basis of objective criteria to be announced soon. This will result in around 1.75 lakh students will benefit.
NIOS 10th exam has already been canceled
Earlier, NIOS had canceled both theory and practical examinations of 10th (secondary courses) in May itself. However, in a notice issued by NIOS, it was also said that, students who are not happy with the results released on the basis of objective criteria, they will have the opportunity to appear in the public examination or on-demand examination after the improvement of the Kovid-19 situation. will be given.
These students will be able to give 12th exam
The 12th class examination to be held in June has been cancelled. According to the notice issued by NIOS, if a student is not satisfied with the evaluation, he/she will be given an option to appear through public examination or on-demand examination if the situation is favorable for conducting the examination. In such circumstances the result of the concerned learner in the public examination or ODE shall be considered final.
12 members committee formed for CBSE result
