Pappu Yadav Bail: No relief to Pappu Yadav, bail plea rejected again from Madhepura court

Madhepura:
Former MP arrested for alleged kidnapping of 32-year-old pappu yadav Did not get relief even on Tuesday. He did not get bail even from the court of the District and Sessions Judge of Madhepura. Because of this, he will have to remain in jail for now.

District Judge Ramesh Chandra Malaviya rejected his bail plea. Earlier, Pappu Yadav’s bail plea was also rejected by the trial court. The last hearing was held on May 29 in the sessions court, where the date for hearing on bail was fixed for today i.e. June 1. His bail plea was heard through virtual medium in the court of District and Sessions Judge Ramesh Chandra Malviya at around 8 pm.

In this hearing, today on behalf of Pappu Yadav, Bar Council of India President Manan Kumar Mishra, senior advocate Manoj Ambasht and Madhepura Bar Council secretary Sanjeev Kumar argued in favor of bail. Advocates said that Pappu Yadav was in jail for a long time but during that period he was not remanded by the prosecution. Advocates also cited his ill health.

Indicators of alleged kidnapping also came in the hearing
In this hearing Shailendra Yadav, victims of Murliganj case number 9/89, Uma Yadav and Ramkumar Yadav also attended. He told the court that there was no kidnapping incident. When the bail was rejected, the informant and the aggrieved party also raised questions on the judicial system and said that in this case when all the accused have been acquitted. Even those people have filed mail petitions many times. Yet today he is being kept in jail under a political conspiracy.

Advocate Sanjeev Kumar told that according to the information being received, further action will be taken after studying the order of the court. He said that he hoped that Pappu Yadav would definitely get relief from the court. But it didn’t happen.
