Why is the application deadline extended?
Lockdown is in force due to Corona Virus (COVID19) epidemic in the state. Meanwhile, it has been decided to extend the application deadline in view of the difficulties faced by the candidates in accessing the cyber café.
Who can apply?
To apply for the post of SI or Platoon Commander, a candidate must have a graduation degree from any recognized university or its equivalent. Whereas candidates for Fire Officer-II have sought a Bachelor of Science degree from any recognized university or its equivalent. Click on the notification link for more information.
Candidates should have attained the age of 21 years and should not be more than 28 years of age as on 1 July 2021. However, reserved candidates will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit under the government norms.
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of online written examination, document verification (DV), and physical efficiency test (PET). The online written examination will be of a total of 400 marks. Candidates who score above 35% in each subject and more than 50% in aggregate will be required to score.
Know how much salary you will get
Selected candidates will be paid salaries ranging between Rs 9300 to Rs 34,800 with grade pay of Rs 4300.
An application fee of Rs 400 has been fixed for all eligible candidates for this recruitment. Pay the Examination Fee Through CAST in E Challan or Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking.
