Pakistan cricket team defeated Zimbabwe by 11 runs in the first T20 International on Wednesday thanks to Mohammad Rizwan’s unbeaten half-century innings. Guests Pakistan scored 149 runs for seven wickets from Rizwan’s unbeaten 82 runs, in response to which the hosts Zimbabwe’s team scored 138 runs for seven wickets.

Pakistan, however, lost the wicket of captain Babar Azam in the second over and Fakhar Zaman was also dismissed by 13 runs.
Zimbabwe’s team came up to chase the target of 150 runs and lost two wickets in the third over itself. After this, no major partnership could be formed. Craig Irwin top-scored for the team with 34 and Luke Jongwe scored an unbeaten 30 in the end, who also took two wickets.
For Pakistan, Usman Qadir took three wickets while Mohammad Hasnain took two wickets.
